how do i kill monsters

ok how is it that i try and kill a monster but i send like 500 men out but they kill all of them why is that and how many do i need to send out at one time

I would REALLY look at the tutorial on the Pocket Empires website. There is some math involved and some tactics. As a very vague example, you dont want to send out 100 Militia against say, 2000 cyclops. You are simply overwhelmed and your units likely don't have upgrades to defeat them.

You also dont want to send in 500 melee units again 2000 ranged mobs, as those ranged mobs will likely kill you before you can engage them in combat.
