city wall turrets? Empty city wall turrets?

So my wall has the highest lvl upgrades possible yet I stay confused.

I posted this on ppforums and an admin replied saying he doesn't know and that it will be included in a future update.

How do we impliment turrets? Can they coexist with traps and other wall features and if so how?

If an admin doesn't know how would we?
